Principal accountabilities 主要职责:
• Follow the quality of the equipment during the whole manufacturing process
在生产的过程中负责跟进和确保设备的质量
• Realize the customer quality insurance in case of claim
负责客户有关产品质量问题的抱怨投诉的处理
• Check the good appliance of quality procedures and in case of deviation he has the authority to quarantine the product before doing the analysis with the relevant managers to act the curative actions.
负责核查与产品的质量管理程序，当产品质量失控时, 有责任在与相关经理分析及实施有效
措施前要求对产品进行隔离

The tasks of the Quality Inspection Engineer are particularly:
质量检验工程师的职责包括：
Orders 订单:
• Validate the different steps of manufacture by checking the parts according to the quality control plan of the order
根据订单质量检控的规划确认生产过程中的每一个步骤
• Participate to regulatory controls on special equipment (hydrotests, X-Rays, etc.)
参与特殊设备的监管工作（水压试验，X 光拍片，等）
Planning 计划:
• Realize the control of the equipment according to the manufacturing planning
根据生产计划进行产品质量检验
Quality 质量:
• Responsible of the inspection as per our Quality Assurance System
根据我们的质量保证体系负责对产品的检验
• Participate in the creation of instructions and the improvement of the quality system
参与编写手册，并不断提升质量系统
• Suggest, implement and enforce the Quality rules and instructions
建议、执行并加强质量规则及说明
• Define, implement and analyse the Key Process Indicators related to the scope of the quality control
定义、实施及分析与质量监控相关的关键流程指标
• Responsible of the quality inspection of special equipment regulation
作为特种设备(压力容器)制造质保体系的责任人
• Collect and prepare the documentation for customer FAT 
为客户的 FAT 收集及准备相关的材料及文本
Safety 安全:
• Suggest safety rules
对安全守则提出建议
Miscellaneous 其它:
• Participate to the RETurn of EXperience (RETEX) to improve the design and manufacturing proces
参与 RETEX 系统，以提升设计和生产的流程
Working links 工作关系:
• With all the other departments of the company but especially with the workshop
与公司其它所有部门都有工作联系，特别是生产车间
Authority 权利:
• Can stop any component or parts if considered nonconform
如有不符合规定或是不合格的情况，有权叫停任何部件的生产
Necessary skills 必须掌握的技能:
• Qualified Technician – Junior college level (Assistant engineer title or equally), major in Sciences and Engineering
大专学历（相当于助理工程师级别），理工专业
• Advanced knowledge in quality and control
精通质量控制的知识
• Advanced knowledge in Welding and metal forming (certification RTII and PTII)
精通焊接及金属成型工艺（RTII 及 PTII）
• Advanced knowledge in pressure vessel inspections
精通压力容器的检验
• Know-how in piping
掌握管路的专业知识
• Know how in materials (especially stainless steel)
熟悉各种材料（特别是不锈钢）
• A high motivation to work on Biotech and F&B industrial equipment
对于生物工程及食品饮料行业的设备有较强的兴趣
• Good relationship, good management of priorities, listening and responsiveness
能处理好人际关系，管理好轻重缓急，以及具备倾听及负责的能力
• Leadership
具备一定的管理能力
• Good organization, good analysis and synthesis
具有较强的组织、分析及综合汇总的能力
• A good interpersonal skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
沟通能力强，并且有能力在工期紧张的情况下工作
• Written reporting

• A good personal communication to work with a team
与团队一起工作时，具备较强的沟通能力
• Good writing and reading English level (for technical work with the French team) Oral English would be a plus
具备较强的英语写作及阅读能力（与法国沟通技术相关的工作），如口语佳将优先考虑
• Use of standard office software
熟练使用标准的 Office 软件
• At ease with ERP and product lines is a plus
能使用 ERP 及生产线相关的软件（偏向于 SAP 软件）优先
• Travel in China mainland and abroad to customer sites as well as in France for training
能接受国内出差（去客户现场），以及去法国出差参加培训
