Responsibilities
- Handle business planning, budgeting and rolling forecast.
- Perform factory product and process costing reports and analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely month end closing and year end closing for external and internal purposes.
- Review financial performance and interact with related stakeholders on monthly basis.
- Provide data, reports and presentations for shareholders as requested. 
- Analyze key variances and drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and provide appropriate decision support.
- Cooperate with accounting team to ensure proper accounting booking.
- Support Ad-hoc projects as requested

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related major.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in financial analysis & planning, related industry preferred.
- Strong analytical skills
- Experienced in SAP
- Advanced skills in MS office, especially Excel and PPT.
- Good English skills in speaking, reading and writing.
- Good communication skills externally and internally.
- Results focus, self-motivated and teamwork.
