Purpose & Objectives of Position 岗位目的

Daily production support to ensure a smooth and trouble-free production, continuous process improvement for production processes, production safety, product quality and productivity. 
通过日常的生产支持来确保顺畅和无故障的生产、生产流程的持续改进、生产安全、产品的质量以及生产力的改善。

Specific Accountability具体职责
1．负责生产工艺制程的制定和持续优化，产品生产文档定义及优化，持续提高产品质量。
Responsible for process definition, define production documents & standard, improve product quality. endless continuous optimization.

2．提高生产效率，制作作业指导书和其他生产文件的撰写和修订 
Improve the working efficiency and Create working instructions, Draft & revise production documents.

3．发起并研究任何提高生产力的机会， 持续改善执行。 
initiate and investigate any opportunities to improve productivity. Continuous improvement implementation.

4．协助新产品新项目工艺的开发，优化和固化，与新产品新项目引进相关的项目任务执行，生产相关资源准备，实现新项目的顺利实现。
Support to process development, optimization and solidification of new products, implementation of project tasks, preparation of production-related resources to achieve the smooth realization of new projects.

5．定义并为车间提供必要的培训，提高车间员工的技术和工艺知识，确保车间执行正确。 
Define and provide the necessary training to develop the know-how of shopfloor workers and ensure shopfloor implementation correct.

6．支持日常的生产，解决工艺和质量问题并提供短期和长期的解决方案。 
Support daily production, problem solving for process & quality, provide short/long-term solution

7．工程变更生产相关部分执行。 
Related production implementation of engineering change.

8.领导安排的其他任务。      
 Other tasks assigned by Manager
         

Job Qualification任职资格

Education 
教育 
本科学历及以上，机械工程类或其他相关专业
Bachelor degree or above in the mechanical engineering or equivalent 

Experience
工作经验 
三年以上制造型工厂工作经验
3+ years working experience in  Manufacturing Companies 

Skill
技能 
1．熟练操作ERP和Office软件。有操作ProE或CAD经验。
Skilled in ERP, Microsoft office。 experience with Pro E or AutoCAD

2．熟悉机械装配工艺，对以下物料和工艺有基本认识，如，机加工 / 铸件 / 钣金 / 焊接 / 压力容器/ 密封等。 
Experience assembly process / machining / casting / metal sheet processing / welding / pressure vessel / sealing etc, 

3. 对各类阀，泵，气动，液压，流体控制有相关认识和经验。 对各类金属/橡胶材质和应用有一定认知。
Have knowledge and experience in kinds of valve, pump, pneumatic, hydraulic, fluid control. Have a certain understanding of various metal / rubber materials and applications.

4. 具有发现，检测，排除，解决机械类装配和公差配合问题的能力。有良好动手能力。
Ability to find, detect, eliminate, and solve problems for mechanical assembly & tolerance fit. With hands on skills.

3．很强的责任心、自我激励和团队合作的能力。
Strong responsibilities, self-motivated and teamwork .

4．了解精益生产.
Good knowledge with lean production.

5．英语书面表达良好
Fluent written English
