岗位需求：
1. 电气自动化相关专业毕业；
2. 精通PLC/DCS编程，具备自主程序设计和编写能力；
3. 熟练掌握常见的自动化仪表，熟悉电气连接，并了解工作原理等；
4. 熟练掌握施耐德，丹佛斯等品牌变频器的使用；
5. 能够理解并绘制电气原理图；
6. 具有PLC的编程和调试经验，西门子或施耐德PLC经验优先；
7. 具有SCADA/HMI使用经验，使用过WinCC或PcVue的优先；
8. 熟悉主流的通讯协议，如Modbus，S7_Connection等；
9. 具备一定的英文听说读写能力；
10. 有食品，化工，乳品行业经验的优先；

1. Major in electrical automation or related;
2. Proficient in PLC/DCS programming, with independent design and programming ability;
3. Proficient in automation control instruments, with electrical connections ability, and know the working principle;
4. With Schneider, Danfoss and other brands of inverter usage experience;
5. Able to understand electrical/pneumatic schematics diagram;
6. Have PLC Programming and debugging experience, Siemens or Schneider PLC is preferred;
7. Have SCADA/HMI configuration experience, such as WinCC or PcVue is preferred;
8. Familiar with mainstream communication protocols, such as Modbus, S7_Connection, etc.
9. English listening/speaking/reading/writing skills are required;
10. Experience in food, chemical, dairy industry is preferred.

工作职责：
1. 日常维护全厂自动化控制系统，出现故障能第一时间处理故障。
2. PLC程序/仪表故障排查，根本原因分析并及时解决故障。
3. 深度了解工厂生产工艺，根据不同的工艺需求提出自控解决方案并实施。
4. 负责自控系统的程序设计、选型，开发、实施和变更的全过程；
5. 审查和指导电气, 仪表, 阀门的电气连接和调试。
6. 参与制定工厂自动化系统的管理规章制度。
7. 工厂自控系统管理，程序备份/恢复，参数和账号管理等。
8. 系统性隐患排查，降低设备故障率，提高设备OEE。
9. 遵循部门和工厂的其他规章制度。


1. Daily maintenance of the whole plant automation control system, failures can be dealt with at first time 
2. PLC program/instrument timely troubleshooting, root cause analysis. 
3. Deeply understand the production process, Can propose and implement automatic control solutions according to different process requirements. 
4. Responsible for the program design, selection development, implementation and change of the automatic control system;. 
5. Review and guide electrical connection and commissioning of electrical, instrumentation and valves. 
6. Participate in automation system management rules and regulations
7. Factory automatic control system management, program backup/recovery, parameter and account management, etc. 
8. Check for systemic hidden bugging, reduce the failure rate of equipment, and improve equipment OEE.
9. Follow other rules and regulations of department and factory.
