Finality 
- Participate in production and lead the Autonomous Flow Team (EAF), helping it to achieve its QCDSM objectives, ensure the distribution of operational and general information to relevant personnel and the clear communication of instructions between teams

- 1.依据尊重过程、指导书和相关附件，建议改进。确保其工作遵守安全指令和环境保护。预防/保护设施出现任何偏离时，出现危及人员和财产安全和环境保护的危险情况时，发出明示。
- 2. 对化学品库负有管理责任，包括化学品库的环境和安全管理，发生紧急情况的处理，并熟知各种化学品的MSDS等，减少安全风险，确保任何情况下对环境的影响最小。
- 3. 对仓库充电区域的安全环境管理，满足法规和集团的要求，例如通风，防泄漏，防火等。
- 4. 对危险废弃物库的管理，要按照危废库的管理规定执行，例如做好出入库记录，安全搬运，发生紧急情况下的处理方式，防撒漏等，减少对环境的影响。
- 5. 对仓库的叉车和翻包工具有管理责任，以及对团队员工不同岗位的多技能的管理。
- 6. 仓库考勤制度绩效制度执行和考核。
- 7.仓库客户箱管理，保证客户箱账物相符及公司内部有效周转。
- 8.仓库物料管理，确保账物相符，收发货准确符合流程，确保生产畅通。
- 9.确保仓库物料执行FIFO管理。
- 10.POE每日盘点循环盘，比照监控库存水平。
- 11.仓库月度盘点管理及差异分析。
- 12.COGI管理。
- 13.持续监督库存的合格性（包装状态和种类、标识、位置、堆放和清洁等）。
- 14. 监督仓库将入库存区的包装合格性（包装状态和种类、标识和接受、位置和堆放等）。
- 15. 发现与自己职能相关的传统问题，提出解决方案，包装选择正确的方案。
- 16.仓库区域5S管理。
- 17.物流仓库客户端抱怨和投诉的问题分析和工作改善。
- 18.使用和遵守流程，操作指导和相关要求。确保工作开展时符合公司流程及规章制度要求。
