Purpose & Objectives of Position 岗位目的

Deliver effective and timely technical solutions for FFT production to deliver the production schedule and the Operational Strategy. Deliver other technical supporting functions on localization and new technical landing and problem fixing in the plant, to achieve plant KPI.
为工厂FFT系统生产提供及时有效的技术方案并执行，以完成FFT系统的生产计划和运营策略。为工厂本地化和其他新技术应用工艺落地以及问题解决提供技术支持和帮助， 达成工厂绩效。

Specific Accountability具体职责

1. Take lead for FFT production from 0 to 1 at Boll manufacturing plant, complete PLC commissioning independently.
主导波勒制造工厂FFT系统及各种变体从0到1的生产, 调试，交付，全过程管理。独立完成PLC系统的自动化调试。

2. Follow the design & BOM, lead for Prototype made and deliver in line with expectation.
根据设计和BOM，主导原型机试验并按照期望交付实物。

3. Improve the working efficiency and Create working instructions, Draft & revise production documents.
提高生产效率，制作作业指导书和其他生产文件的撰写和修订

4. Involved in localization procedure, make plan and design a reasonable process to technically validate various new parts when required. Deliver validation result with solid validation report in a timely manner. Perform DV/PV test plans by following engineering instructions and function/quality checks to verify the completed products or projects. Perform technical review when technical gate required in relevant operations procedure.
参与国产化流程，在需要时制定计划并设计合理的工艺来对各种新部件进行技术验证， 即时的交付验证结果并提供可靠的验证报告。按照工程指令，执行DV/PV 测试计划和功能/质量检查，以验证产品与项目的完成度。当公司内部制造流程需要时完成相关节点的技术评审。

5. Define and provide the necessary training to develop the know-how of the team members and ensure a competent team. 定义并提供必要的培训，开发团队成员的技术知识，并确保团队的胜任力。

6. Technical contact window of plant, to interface with local & HQ engineering department, to ensure the implementation of engineering designs/changes in manufacturing plant correctly. technical support to daily operations, offer technical solution and fix problems.
作为制造工厂的技术窗口，与中国本地工程团队和总部工程部进行相关对接，确保工程设计变更在制造工厂的准确落地执行。为日常生产运营提供技术支持，提供方案并解决问题。

7. Support daily production, problem solving for process & quality, provide short/long-term solution
支持日常的生产，解决工艺和质量问题并提供短期和长期的解决方案。

8. Communicate and collaborate with other colleagues, suppliers and external 3rd parties when required.
当需要时与本地与总部的其他同事, 供应商，以及外部其他第三方资源沟通与合作.

9. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
其他上级主管安排的工作.


Job Qualification任职资格

Education 
1. Bachelor level or above in electrical engineering.

Experience
1. Over 8 years’ experience of PLC programming or electrical engineering background.
2. with solid experience & strong on few or several of below fields, Electrical wiring / Sensors / automation / valves / actuators / pump / system commissioning.
3. Experience of argon arc welding is preferred.

Skill
1. Solid technical skills in electrical engineering & PLC programming – knowledge of Siemens / Schneider PLC is a must.
2. Skills of EPLAN software and PLC software is required.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Brave and capable of making decisions with professional technical risk management.
