设备工程师
职位描述：
1. 设计、校审压力容器及非标设备、容器、换热器、储罐等设备施工图
2. 负责动设备机械性能的选型（如泵，压缩机，风机，真空系统，冷水机，搅拌器，传动设备等）
3. 编制设备机械数据表及询价技术文件
4. 审查供货商返回的报价资料，参加技术澄清会议，审查技术协议，技术评标文件
5. 审查供货商提供的设计资料，参加开工会、设计审查会等技术会议
6. 负责设备制造过程检查、出厂检查、到厂检查；完成必须的检验记录
7. 负责新设备进厂安装、调试、验收的计划制定、采购过程、安装进度
8. 协助公司主要设备的验证工作（GMP相关），保证设备符合规范的要求
9. 参与3D模型评审、从设计层面对3D的设计提供意见建议
10. 对项目建造、机械完工、预调试、调试提供技术支持
11. 与施工沟通协调，处理工程施工现场问题和提供技术支持
12. 配合现场工艺，编写动静设备的操作方法和技术规程
13. 参与编写和实施动静设备检修计划，保障设备运行安全；参与建立设备维护保养SOP，做好设备技术资料整理；参与编制年、季、月度设备的保养计划、设备备品的建立及采购
14. 参与公司各类设备运行情况的检查、记录、考核以及日常管理工作
15. 参与项目过程中的各种协调沟通工作
16. 完成公司、部门交代的其它工作

Equipment Engineer
1. Design and review construction drawings for pressure vessels, non-standard equipment, containers, heat exchangers, vessels, and other equipment
2. In charge of mechanical data sheets and inquiry technical documents for equipment
3. Check the quotation by suppliers, participate in technical clarification, review technical protocols, and technical bidding evaluation documents
4. Review the design materials by the supplier, participate in technical meetings such as kick-off and review meetings
5. Responsible for equipment manufacturing process inspection, factory inspection, and on-site inspection; complete necessary inspection records
6. Responsible for the planning, procurement process, and installation progress of new equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance upon arrival at the factory
7. Assist in the verification work of the company's main equipment (GMP related), ensuring that the equipment meets the requirements of the specifications
8. Participate in 3D model review and provide feedback and suggestions on 3D design from a design perspective
9. Provide technical support for project construction, mechanical completion, pre commissioning, and commissioning
10. Communicate and coordinate with construction, handle construction site issues, and provide technical support
11. Collaborate with on-site processes to write operating methods and technical specifications for dynamic and static equipment
12. Participate in writing and implementing maintenance plans for dynamic and static equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment; Participate in the establishment of equipment maintenance SOP and organize equipment technical data; Participate in the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly equipment maintenance plans, as well as the establishment and procurement of equipment spare parts
13. Participate in the inspection, recording, assessment, and daily management of the operation of various equipment in the company
14. Participate in various coordination and communication work during the project process
15. Complete other tasks assigned by the company


任职要求：
1. 熟悉各种化工工艺设备结构，材料的性能，熟悉压力容器制造工艺和生产流程
2. 熟悉国内外设计规范和标准，包括ASME, ASTM, API, ANSI, ISO，GB，HG等，能够熟练使用化工和设备专业相关设计计算软件
3. 5年以上设备相关工作经验，熟练使用AutoCAD和Office办公软件；熟悉旋转设备(如泵，压缩机，风机，真空系统，冷水机，搅拌器，传动设备等) 的设计，制造，检验和验收
4. 机械专业或过程装备，本科及以上学历
5. 具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力和团队合作和奉献精神，吃苦耐劳
6. 有较强分析、判断与解决问题的能力，关注细节
