
Role Responsibilities and Tasks:
1) Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance plans and procedures for projects.
2) Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer specifications, and industry regulations.
3) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
4) Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes for non-conformities.
5) Review and approve project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and validation reports.
6) Manage customer and third-party quality audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
7) Take ownership of the end-to-end management process for customer complaints and quality feedback related to assigned projects.
8) Prepare and submit detailed, timely, and professional 8D reports (or other designated formats) to customers, ensuring clear communication of containment actions, root cause analysis, and corrective plans.
9) Organize and lead cross-functional corrective action meetings to drive root cause analysis (e.g., using 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram) and develop effective, sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
10) Track, verify, and validate the implementation and effectiveness of all corrective actions, ensuring issues are robustly resolved and prevented from recurrence.
Requirements
1) Bachelor or above;
2) Majored in Engineering, Quality Management, or similar,
3) Trained as an QE.
4) Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably
5) Be familiar with whole process in manufacturing industry, refrigeration or railway industry is a plus;
6) Be familiar with project quality control, process approach, ISO/TS 22163 is a plus.
7) Be familiar with QC tools, such as 5M1E, FMEA, QCC, Pareto, fishbone diagram, system diagram, 5W1H,project management is a plus.
8) Good written English, oral is a plus;
9) Communication and negotiation skills;
10) Knowledge of ERP, MS working tools, word, PPT, excel, outlook;
