Purpose & Objectives of Position 岗位要求
确保库存货物的安全有效，在ERP系统里对货物的收发存等状况进行准确的操作和管理，及时准确的报表和文档管理。
To ensure the safety of goods in warehouse and keep the normal operation of goods receiving, issuing stocking, and recording the appropriate transactions in the ERP system.

Specific Accountability岗位职责
1．严格遵守公司的制度，遵循仓库各项原则实施管理；
Strictly comply with company rules and follow the principle of implementation of warehouse management

2．严格按照仓库流程和作业指导书开展工作
Operate in strict accordance with the warehouse procedure and work instructions

3．负责与原材料及其他生产资源相关的仓库日常管理工作，包括卸货，清点，检验，入库，系统入账等;
Responsible for daily warehouse operation in terms of raw materials and other production materials, including unloading, counting, inspection, storing, booking and etc.

4．根据生产订单的物料清单，从原材料仓库选取对应的材料，交付生产车间进行装配及其他生产活动;
Pick relevant materials in line with BOM, and deliver to production line for assembly

5．对发货区进行日常维护管理，根据订单发货要求，安排产品装车及协调发货指令工作，并及时汇报工作结果;
Daily maintenance for dispatch area, including dispatch arrangements according to dispatch request and result reporting.

6．确保库存材料先进先出；确保物料防锈防潮等安全有效仓储。
Ensure inventory materials follow FIFO. Ensure stored materials are in safe & right condition, such as rust proof and moisture proof.

7．对仓库进行日常维护，根据财务部门指令，定期对仓库进行盘点工作;
Daily maintenance in warehouse including cycle counting according to the requirements by Finance

8．协助质量部门对原材料进行质量管理工作
Assist Quality department for quality management of raw materials

9．按照公司规定进行固废的处理，负责工作区域的5S
Solid waste treatment according to related rules, responsible for 5S of working area

10．公司安排的其他事宜
Other tasks assigned by company

Job Qualification任职资格

Education

高中以上学历
High school or above

Experience
工作经验 
具有三年以上仓库管理相关工作经验
At least 3 years warehouse management experience is required.

Skill
技能 
1.日常电脑操作，数据录入
Basic computer skill
2.熟悉仓库的日常工作如物料的收，发，存，移动等
Familiar with warehouse daily work like goods receiving, shipping, storage, movement
3.较强的人际沟通能力
Strong interpersonal communication skills
4.必须具备叉车证
Forklift driving license is a MUST
